🚨🚔Leytonstone and Forest Safer Neighbourhood Police officers were keeping busy today . Officers conducted two arrest enquires and assisted to breach of peace visit where former tenant was collecting personal belongings. Next stop was targeted patrol in the hot spot area and what started like routine stop and search ended with suspect being arrested for failure to appear in court. After suspect was searched number of bank cards and driving licence in different name were found . Address on the driving license was nearby and officers went there to return found property . After speaking to owner of the cards and driving license came to light that all have been stolen from his vehicle today and one of the cards was used at local McDonalds. Officers conducted enquires at McDonalds and after viewing CCTV identified that person who used the card is the same person arrested for failure to appear in court . Suspect was further charged with handling stolen goods. Good results like for Friday morning shift 😉🚨🚔
